Website video, photography and images
The photography/images used on the property pages of our website are typical of those within the property. In some cases, where rooms are very similar or identical to another room internally, generic photography/images are used to represent what the property looks like.
For some rooms which are in the process of being built, or which have been renovated, computer-generated images or artist’s impressions or example photos of rooms with similar dimensions and specifications may be used to represent what the rooms will, or do, look like when they are complete.
The content and footage within videos are correct at the time of filming. Imagery is illustrative of rooms and facilities only and individual rooms may vary in layout and content.
Decorative furnishings such as cushions, throws, plants and lamps will not be present in properties upon move in. These are used for staging of photographs and will not be available upon move in.
The furnishings shown in photography and images may not always represent what is included in the rooms. For information about what you will get in each room, please refer to the features section on each property.

Customer complaints procedure
We always love hearing from our customers, whether it’s feedback about what we’re doing, a suggestion of how we can make things better or even if you just simply want to chat, we want to hear from you. We put customer service and commitment to our customers at the heart of what we do. We strive to get it right, first time, every time. But occasionally, things don’t go as planned. If this happens we’d really like your feedback as not only does it allow us to explain and apologise to you, it also helps us to improve our products and service. If for whatever reason you’re not happy with the service you receive from Atlantic – you can raise a complaint with our team.
Most complaints can be dealt with by our front line teams e.g. your Atlantic Manager or Lettings Manager and they will do their best to resolve the matter quickly, to your satisfaction. If you think your complaint has not been fully resolved then write to our Customer Relations department at the following address.
